DARKROOM
BOURBON

Package Design | Branding | Photography

Darkroom Bourbon is a packaging design and branding project that served as a love letter to film photography. When tasked to create a bourbon package, I crafted a story of a gritty night-crawling street photographer. The label is composed of a film strip, highlighting the analog and tactile nature of film photography. The actual images on the strip were taken by myself in the early morning in West Hollywood and on Hollywood Boulevard, locations a night-crawling photographer could frequent. While meant more for photographers, the package design is meant “For all the daring artists” who devote themselves to their passions. Darkroom Bourbon was a project that allowed me to take my passions outside of the design world and create a story through design.
